 My Latest Under 450$ Build
AMD Athlon 5600+ 2.9(OC ~ 3.31GHz on air.) OCZ 4GB DDR2 800MHz(Had to up to 834MHz for my OC) 4-4-3-15 Timings ASUS M2N-MX SE Plus Mainboard, heap of poop lol. Sapphire Radeon HD4650 1GB DDR2 PCI-E 715/910 Enermax EG465P-VE 465-watt PsU, Dual 18amp rails. 320GB SATA Seagate HDD. 2 x 20x LG DVD-RW's
Working on a project for xmas, post when it's done.

So I am working on a quad core build. =)

Its rumored that the Phenom II 620 will be $99, you should look into buying one.

Update* Threw an HD5570 1GB GDDR3 @ 950memory/700core. Loving it, excellent performance/price ratio IMO.
