Vista boot problem at Toshiba Qosmio G45 AV680
My cousin have this laptop and it could not boot the system. It shows message:
"Windows failed to start. A recent hardware or software change might be the cause. To fix the problem:
1. Insert your Window installation disk and restart your computer. 2. Choose your language settings, and then click "Next." 3. Click "Repair your computer."
If you do not have this disk, contact your system administrator or computer manufacturer for assistance. Status: 0xc000000f
Info: The boot selection failed because a required device is inaccessible"
I tried to enter SAFE MODE, but it cannot do it. It starts to load drivers, but it stops at one moment and wont continue ... The problem is that she did not get any DVD with laptop. I suppose that the Vista OS, that came with it is at the special partition on hard disc, but how can I acces it? How can I reinstall the system??? I dont mind if I lose data, I just wont to get this to work ...

Yes, it is. I managed to boot Parted Magic disc and I will save some documents and install a fresh copy of Xindows XP. It looks like I must have recovery disc 8that I dont have) so I will install XP (or 7) and finish this annoying situation. Tnx for help
